Its benefits are so numerous that it almost seems impossible for a single discipline to have such power. And yet, yoga allows us to work on the mind, body, and psyche at the same time.
Yoga helps us improve our breath and physical fitness, strengthening, mobilizing, and increasing the body’s flexibility. It helps slow down thoughts and bring clarity to them. It also supports us in becoming present and learning to listen to ourselves, both physically and emotionally.
When we come into contact with ourselves, that is where the magic of yoga truly happens. Because we are finally able to give voice to everything we are, everything we want to be, and everything we deserve.

It goes without saying that anything tailored and personalized is always more effective. I love group classes, but precisely because they are group-based, it is not possible to focus on what you specifically need—your emotional state, your energy levels, your schedule, your level of yoga experience, what you would like to learn, and most importantly, your body.

Yoga is beneficial for everyone, but not all asanas (poses) are suitable for every body or every need.
In a private one-to-one session, I make sure to take into account all your needs, concerns, and preferences.
