Why personal coaching?

Every one of your needs will be heard and integrated.
It goes without saying that anything tailored and personalized is always more effective. I love group classes, but precisely because they are group-based, it is not possible to focus on what you specifically need—your emotional state, your energy levels, your schedule, your level of yoga experience, what you would like to learn, and most importantly, your body.
Yoga is beneficial for everyone, but not all asanas (poses) are suitable for every body or every need.
In a private one-to-one session, I make sure to take into account all your needs, concerns, and preferences.
