Hi, I’m Elisa, a yoga teacher with a 500-hour YTT certification recognized by the renowned Yoga Alliance. I deeply love teaching yoga because I truly believe in its power to transform the mind, body, and heart—something I have experienced firsthand.
Yoga has changed my life forever, bringing me a sense of calm, self-love, and confidence. Most importantly, it has taught me how to flow through life.
This is why my mission is to share these same benefits with others and help people find their own flow.
What you may not know is that I am also a psychologist, holding both a degree and an M.Sc. in psychology. My background in anatomy and the human mind allows me to combine traditional yoga practices with modern psychological techniques. This approach helps you access a deeper state of relaxation that gradually transforms your mindset, allowing you to move through life with more ease and lightness.

My story
When I say yoga changed my life, I mean it.
I found yoga during a time of anxiety, uncertainty, and constant change. What started as a physical practice became something much deeper. It taught me how to regulate my emotions, face anxiety, and meet life as it comes.
Over time, I realized that yoga builds a different kind of strength. Not just physical strength on the mat, but mental strength to stay steady, and emotional strength to stay open without being overwhelmed.
Yoga became my anchor. Day by day, it helped me move from reacting to life, to responding to it with clarity, calm, and resilience. I learned to observe my emotions instead of being carried by them. That’s when I found my flow.
As I experienced its impact, I chose to study and go deeper, turning this path into my work. Today, my mission is to help others build that same kind of strength and find their own flow.
This is how the Lotus Flow Method was born. A method that blends yoga and psychology to support the whole person—body, mind, and emotions. It’s designed to help you understand yourself, move with awareness, and navigate life with strength and ease.
