Cancellation Policy

You may use your booking whenever is most convenient for you. Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot show up/meet you may reschedule. Workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations: Please notify Elisa of your inability to make it to the scheduled session. To cancel you may send an email to info@elisalotusflow.com or via the website. *Cancelling within 24 hours from the reserved session will allow for rescheduling of the same session, with no additional charges. No show/no communicate will result in full charge for the scheduled class, with no possibility to reschedule. Said rescheduling will result in the payment of a new session.
