Refund & Cancellation Policies
All memberships and coaching subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
To avoid renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to elisa.scaliotti93@gmail.com, or via Whatsapp, at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before renewal, the upcoming payment will be processed and the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
